I've teamed up with Target this time around to help bring you a #NOFOMO year! I love how the team behind Target Style is encouraging women to let go of all our inhibitions and be free of worries so that we can fully enjoy life. There are things in this world that we cannot control, like how people see us, or how we're judged. But we can control what's in our mind. YOU'RE ALL SO BEAUTIFUL and that's the truth. Don't let our minds get in the way of doing all the things we've ever wanted to do. We can't miss out on the fun because of these thoughts.
I still have so many insecurities, like how my athletic body was never like the sexy hip to waist ratio of models. But once you've come to terms that you're the way the universe has made you and that's a blessing- it's actually very freeing. Embrace you for you, and every one else will start to see it.
